01.

Bookings & Booking Fee

A £50 booking fee is required to secure the event date for any DB Disco service, including DJ Hire, Mobile Disco Hire, Photobooth Hire, and LOVE Letters Hire.

The booking fee is refundable if the client cancels more than 21 days before the event date. Cancellations within 21 days are non-refundable.

The booking fee covers administration and the reservation of the date in the DB Disco calendar.

02.

Payment Terms

The remaining balance for all DB Disco services is due on the day of the event, payable upon arrival and before setup begins.

DB Disco may, at its discretion, accept full payment in advance or accept payment after the event. These exceptions are optional and do not alter the standard payment terms.

If a refund is issued for any reason, it will be minus the £50 booking fee, which covers administration and date reservation.

03.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 21 days before the event will receive a refund minus the £50 booking fee. Cancellations within 21 days result in the loss of the booking fee.

Clients may request to move their event to a new date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the booking fee will transfer to the new date. If no suitable date is available, the cancellation terms apply.

04.

Liability & Performance

DB Disco holds full Public Liability Insurance and uses PAT-tested equipment. The client is responsible for ensuring the venue provides safe access, adequate power, and a suitable performance area.

In the event of illness, accident, or force majeure, DB Disco will attempt to provide a replacement DJ. If no replacement is available, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.

05.

Intellectual Property

All playlists, mixes, and performance content remain the intellectual property of DB Disco. Clients may record video or take photos for personal use only.

Commercial use of recordings requires written permission.

06.

Event Conduct

The client agrees to provide a safe working environment. DB Disco reserves the right to cease performance immediately and without refund if subjected to harassment, threats, or unsafe conditions.

The client is responsible for any damage caused to equipment by guests, venue staff, or third parties.
